What we collect, why, who sees it, and how to have it deleted.
What we collect
Only what you put in the form: your name and phone number, plus email, town and a note if you chose to add them. We also store which page you came from, which language you were reading, and when.
We do not collect an ID number, a date of birth, or party membership details. There is no analytics tool, advertising pixel or third-party tracker anywhere on this site.
Why
To contact you about Young Democrats activity — invitations to events and updates. Nothing else.
Who sees it
A short, named list of organisers who sign in with an identified Google account. The details are not visible to anyone else and cannot be read from the website.
We do not sell, rent or pass your details to any third party, or to the party apparatus, without asking you again.
Where it is stored
Google Cloud Firestore, in the me-west1 region — servers physically located in Israel.
How to have it deleted
Write to us and it is deleted. We will handle the request as soon as we can. The deletion itself is immediate and permanent — there is no backup it can be restored from.
The consent you gave
The exact wording shown to you is stored alongside your details, so what you agreed to is always recoverable — even if the wording on this page changes later.
